  • How to calculate the tariff ?
    The price of a translation varies according to several factors:
  • source language/target language
  • the difficulty of the text to be translated
  • number of pages
  • the delivery deadline (emergency)

The price is set for a standard page of 2000 characters spaces included.

The tariff is negotiable and shall be jointly decided with the client.

  • Order
The orders can be sent online, by e-mail / fax or directly to our headquarters (large source documents, hardcopies or bind together, such as: books, user manuals etc.) The documents must be sent in the following formats: Word or .pdf, .jpg, .tif (for scanned documents).
    Any order should contain the following essential information:

  • contact information for your company and a contact person
  • source language/target language of the text to be translated
  • domain
  • number of pages (number of characters – using Tools/Word count)
  • the maxim delivery deadline

The online order has one tremendous advantage: you make use of our services with no need to come to our headquarters. Later on, you will be contacted, by phone or email, to discuss the estimative price of the translation, the delivery deadline, layout and other necessary information.

REMARK: Receiving an offer following an online order does not represent a commitment from the client.

In order to start processing the translation, we need your express consent. Therefore, all you have to do is to send us an acceptance email or send us back a copy of the offer/price estimation signed and stamped, and your order shall be processed.

REMARK: These are standard prices; however, each order shall be individually analyzed and calculated, following negotiations with the client.

Fidelity Policy by Discounts

The fidelity policy is based on discounts provided to clients with whom we have signed services contracts, and for large orders. The applied discount is between 3% and 15%.

Emergency Tariff

The emergency tariff applies to the translations performed in short time, in emergency regime and, depending on the number of pages and the difficulty of the text to be translated, it varies between 15% and 50%. Loyal clients, with whom we have signed services contracts, benefit from the lowest quantum of the emergency tariff.

Interpretation

For interpretation services, the standard tariff is 45 RON / hour or 400 RON / day, for consecutive and simultaneous interpretation sessions during conferences, seminaries, reunions, courses, workshops, business discussions, negotiations, press conferences etc.

The standard tariff for interpretation services is established for one hour, as indivisible unit of measurement, and it is negotiated with the client, depending on the number of hours and the difficulty of the interpretation.

Scanning and Desktop Publishing

The tariff for scanning and desktop publishing services starts from 1.5 RON / page.

Data bases organization, management, and update

For the data bases organization, management, and update services, the tariffs are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the database type, length etc.
